The hotel's location is perfect, just 250m from the tram station. Mehmet, the manager, is very nice and goes above and beyond. The room was clean and perfect. The staff, including housekeeping and the restaurant staff, were friendly and helpful.

It offers a convenient location, within walking distance of most attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are new and clean, with modern decor. They provide all the necessary amenities, such as tea sets and WiFi. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. They go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and are always available when needed.
The hotel lacks a reception area, which could make it difficult to find staff and receive immediate assistance.
